It all started on a normal day in Shoreline,Washington. Elijah, a 15 year old boy, sits down and watched the news. It talks about a sickness. A sickness that turns people mad. Or in other words, into zombies.        
     It is very alarming news and Elijah quickly prepares to leave to a safe haven with his family. But it isn't that easy. He encounters countless obstacles that make his family and his trip very dangerous and deadly.     
   Among the chaos, death, and utter despair, Elijah shockingly falls in love. But does it last? Does anything last in a dying world? This is the apocalypse. And this is the story of a broken boy, trying to find his way through a broken world.
