The tides of war are shifting, and Hogwarts is no longer the safe haven it once was. For Beatrice Weasley, Hogwarts has always been more than a school-it's the only home she's ever known. A Slytherin raised in a family of Gryffindors, she's spent years walking the line between loyalty and legacy, between the expectations of the world and the truth of who she is. When Hogwarts is thrown under the rule of Dolores Umbridge, Bea is forced to make a choice-keep her head down and survive, or rise up and fight. With Blaise Zabini by her side, her best friend Rayne Lestrange caught between bloodlines, and her brother Ron Weasley finally realizing just how much danger she's in, Bea must navigate the growing divide between those who submit to the Ministry's iron grip and those who dare to resist. But it's not just the Ministry tightening its hold-Draco Malfoy, her former friend and now her rival, has joined the Inquisitorial Squad, and he's watching her every move. Meanwhile, Cassius Rowle, a ghost from her past, is resurfacing, and the nightmares of a forgotten childhood are becoming all too real. As the Serpent Queen of Slytherin, Bea has built a reputation of strength and cunning. But when war begins to creep into the halls of Hogwarts, she will have to ask herself-how much is she willing to risk? And who will she be when it's over?
