Heaven, Hell, & Just More of the Same: A Destiel Fanfic

This is my first fan fiction I've ever written and it is basically the supernatural storyline of the episode 'Swan Song' and beyond, but where Destiel actually happens. I wanted to make it seem realistic to the characters and how I personally think they would get together. Please feel free to leave helpful comments or opinions :)
