The Rain Woman

I'll tell you the story of the girl who brought rain. I'll also tell you the story of how the rain stopped; and again, I'll tell you of how it started again.
She was born on a stormy night, and I guess it stayed with her until she met the one who stopped it. The moment she laid her eyes on him, everything stopped and she was, for the first time, able to see the sun. It was a feeling she couldn't explain and a scene she was lost for words. All she knew, that it was a beautiful start, not realizing that every start has its end.
Who I am is not important, because this story is about her. And who am I, you ask?
My name is Gray Fullbuster and I was the one who stopped Juvia Lockser's rain.
