a taster of an original piece I'm writing (not fanfiction)
A sort of dystopian fantasy, which will definitely include some romance.

The current premise of the book is that they never stopped sending young people into the labyrinth. The ancient Greeks dominated the world, imposing their culture worldwide, and turning the labyrinth into a form of entertainment as technology advanced and society changed. 

Each year 10 teens are sent into the labyrinth to fight for their loved ones to be returned home safely, in a televised bid for survival. Friendships and romance complicate matters for the teens, as they fight their way through the dangers of ancient greek myth, as well as each other.

He has a shy look on his face which made me a little flustered. He wants me to be his wife? But how about Aphrodite? Never mind, I accepted his ring by the way.

This book is is written in the far future were war is raging throughout the world permanently halting all innovations. Humanity wanting to finally bring it all to an end only finds one way to solve it. End humanity as we know it. Governments across the globe found that humanity wasn't what it was before and had become dark and terrible to live in, so to fix that they made a small utopia pulling in families, scientists, and important government officials to create the perfect pair of humans. Those two humans would be trained to kill what humanity has become and start it all over, so the world would be a better place. But once they make the female, they find that she is not like her partner. She has a different goal in mind than restarting humanity. This is my first book, so it may have a few mess ups but I hope you enjoy, I have worked hard to at least get this out. If you know of any way I can get this published or how to make it better please tell me. Hope you love it!
