His life is like a car crash. It seems to play in slow motion, and it's hard to believe that it's happening right in front of you. It's captivating, and you know you shouldn't stare, but as soon as your eyes are gone, it's like the carnage disappears. Everything is natural, and you wonder if you just imagined the whole thing.

A lawyer's life isn't meant to be dramatic. Especially when his specialty is writing wills and prepping your impending death. But Patrick Stumph doesn't think he has much more to offer. He is just awaiting the day his will comes in handy. He spends his day in a law office. He paints to escape. He slashes his skin to hate.

The day Pete Wentz literally jumps into his life, his car comes screeching to a halt. The young hairdresser shows the lawyer that maybe there is something worth living for, as long as he stops until the light is green.

Chronicles of an American Beauty and an American Psycho

17 parts Complete

Sometimes I wish you could look up people in a dictionary. If you looked up my friends, I think you'd see something interesting. Patrick Stump: An American Beauty. A crazy awesome singer who also happens to be a shy daydreamer. Pete Wentz: An American Psycho. He seems like a straightforward weirdo who writes bizarre but brilliant lyrics, but he's got a few dark secrets. So who am I? Well, I'm Brendon Urie. I guess you could say I'm the narrator and this is just the prologue. A Fall Out Boy/Peterick/Panic! At The Disco fanfiction. Cover by @redblacklady!
