This is a yaoi about two boys, one deceased, and one who remains. One day, when Shiro and Kuro were just boys they were making their way to the park. A drunk driver of a beer truck blew a red light and ended up ramming into the young boy, Kuro. Shiro, the boy who remained now lived his life in despair. Kuro was his only friend because he was shy. Shiro closes himself off from the world and becomes utterly depressed. The only reason he lives is because Kuro saved him, he didn't want Kuro's sacrifice to be in vain.  Years later, Shiro caught a glimpse of a shooting star and wished for his friend to return to him. Kuro, appeared the next day, only in spirit form.  Shiro is the only person who can see Kuro.  The story will show the Shiro's love for Kuro surface and eventually he will commit himself to Kuro. The bond between the deceased and living will grow into something beautiful.
