Angora City is the heart of Angora. There are 23 sectors. Courtney, her sister, Keenan, and her mother live in Sector 19, one of the poorest sectors. Magic is outlawed in all of Angora. At age 16, you have to take an oath, as it is at that age where magic begins to make itself known in the body. The Oath is just words, it cannot stop it from happening. It just gives the people of Angora one more reason to reduce the population.
