This takes place after Rainbow Rocks

After defeating the Dazzlings at the Battle of the Bands, the Mane 7 have been very popular but one tragic fateful day could change the Mane 7's lives.
Fluttershy moves to New York City meaning she had to leave her old school Canterlot High School even her very best friends Rainbow Dash, Twilight Sparkle, Pinkie Pie, Rarity, Sunset Shimmer, and AppleJack.

One fateful night, she's nearly kidnapped by the Kraang but luckily is saved by the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Leonardo/Leo, Donatello/Donnie, Raphael/Raph, and Michelangelo/Mikey. As time goes by, Leo and Fluttershy become friends although they both start to develop feelings for each other but what will happen when the Shredder, his minions, and some enemies from the past try to destroy the turtles and Fluttershy?
