Protectors are demons from a different reality, brought into our own reality to be linked to a certain human. The demon must protect their human and work with them to guard the tears of reality, keeping the creatures back. Links are set to keep them together, this link can be broken, but at a cost. A young man named Ryan Cameno has always said he would break his link if he ever ended up a protector, but theirs always a big difference between saying something and actually doing it.
