Olivia, or normality #7 finds herself questioning her whole life In this futuristic city set 300 years in the future, where difference is not accepted. If you are permanently different in any way such as sexuality, thoughts, mental health, skin color, speech, etc. you are silenced (taken away the power to talk forever) and you are brought to the creation lab to be changed back to their perfect person (normality) Since normalities can only see normalities no one ever questions a thing. When Olivia is selected to be a creator (someone who works in the lab to create normalities and can see human features that are different) she is shocked, confused, and reluctant to be brainwashed even though this selection is a gift.
