Elena stood there holding the phone to her ear with tears running down her face. He had cut the phone long time ago breaking her heart in the process. she didn't know what went wrong; he never gave her a reason. Now she was all alone. She had never felt this miserable and lonely. Damon and she were meant to be together. He can’t do this her! He knew how she felt about him and he still didn’t mind breaking her heart.
She trusted him when she never trusted anyone else and he just left her. she felt like there was a gaping hole in her heart. she could feel the walls growing around her broken heart.
She slowly kept the phone down, wiped her tears and decided.
"I'm never going to let anyone close enough to hurt me like this ever again."
