Malik came from a struggling family. He didn't grow up as privileged as others around. There were times he had to go without lights, water, and food. He knew that the only way he could make it out was education. So he went to school every day and graduated #1 in his class. He graduated college and became a successful proprietor. But he still thinks about the one he let get away, knowing that she was the only one for him, he couldn't bring himself to get close to anyone else.

Camryn was a young ambitious girl with dreams larger than the orphanage she was raised in. She was the only person she had supporting her dreams, but that's all she needed. However, after a young boy seduces her and completely shatters her life, leaving her to pick up the pieces by herself, she must put her dreams on hold. She knew that she was her only support system and that she would have to work her way to the top.

So when a young man walks into her life trying to give her the world, she isn't too willing to accept it. She just wants to be by herself mending her life with her own repair kit; living by her rules, finding herself in her own way. But that won't stop Malik from trying to be there for her.
