They ended up dying during the war, causing Time to have to raise his younger twin sister and brother by himself at the age of 12.  He had to drop out of school to take care of the two.
When he got older, he met with a girl named Clairice, who was two years younger than him. He had already developed some anger issues, but she tried to help him the best she could. Eventually, they ended up falling in love and move out to the forest area when Dominick and Destiny were old enough to move out and take care of themselves.
