A Great Wall towers over a city like a cage. In that city is a forest. Once a year every year a trail appears. This trail leads to three doors. One leads to death, one leads to freedom and another to a comfortable life. Every year, Ten sixteen year olds with great abilities, are picked to find a way out of the city.
Freya a 16 year old girl gets picked to go to the forest. She discovers the a dangers and deaths that walk with her footsteps. Will she make it to the doors or will she perish like all of the other children.
