Maya Penny is a 17 year old girl. She eats fresh kill from her woods. Maya is what people call a werewolf. She has all that good stuff super hearing, super speed, cool looking eyes, the ability to see in complete darkness, are you starting to understand who she is now?
Well good because now I hope you'll understand why she does this..
Maya cuts herself. Even though she heals right after, it still stings for a second whilst healing. She hates herself so much that if a hunter were to kill her she'd put up no fight or resist her unavoidable future. Maya thinks about ending her own life sometimes. But, in her human life she has a loving family who don't know about her huge secret. She lives for them.
One day she loses her mom to a car crash. That affects her in ways nobody will be able to explain. The pain she felt was so awful, so strong, that she kills herself. Now her family has to try to survive with two deaths in the same year.
This book switches the point of view a lot. The chapter name will say who's pov it is. Thanks for choosing to read my book! I hope not to disappoint! :)
