Olivia Lackey was the quiet girl you'd often pick on or laugh at. Her parents died at very crucial age, turning her into the mute girl she was. Because kids didn't understand her, they deemed her a freak. She wasn't very social, hid behind her clothes and had only one friend.
When her sister, who legally became her guardian, has a job that forces her to relocate to California, Olivia is convinced that a little change in appearance could help her socially.
But could changing her looks mean changing her ways? Will she allow herself to be sucked into societies envisionment of a perfect life? Will she allow that one boy to completely change the only original aspect about her? Or will she hold onto that tiny bit of innocence and guard it with her life?
