"You were always so happy, you were like the sun that had got lost in the middle of the storm. No one couldn't be unhappy when you were there, not even me, biggest of the storms. I loved you, I still do, but love is just a feeling. There's so many feelings that one of them can't beat others. That's why I left you, love is simply not enough." Rory Baxter has always been everyones favorite because of his kindness and positiviness. When he moves to Houston, he doesn't know that his life is about to change. He meets a depressed girl and decides to help her. He just don't know how much that decision will change his life, but is it a bad thing after all?

Evie was the wild child of the bunch. She was always everywhere and doing everything, all so she could pour it into her writing. Being a writer was the dream she held since she was a child, but to be the best, she needed to make a name for herself. However the local scholarships were not enough to cover the costs of attending her dream school. Evie was determined to find a way to pay for her education, but she was running out of options. That was, until West came back. West was a childhood friend. They used to play together when they were kids, but as they grew older, they drifted apart and lost touch. It's been a couple of years since they had last seen each other, and when West randomly needed to stay at Evie's house for a few weeks, she wasn't sure what to expect. They each needed a plan to get what they wanted, and they each had what the other needed. It seemed like a win-win situation for both of them. Or so they thought that is until a an old fling reappears that could jeopardizes their deal. Will they be able to keep love out of this story?
