This is a warning for this book of poetry..
The poetry in this book can be triggering to some..
Some of my best work comes to me while I'm depressed
(which is why it may be triggering to some)..
Not every chapter is going to be triggering by my standards..
The chapters that I feel are triggering will have a trigger warning at the top of the page..
If you are easily triggered I would advise you to skip the chapters with the trigger warning..
Ultimately the choice is yours, meaning you can do as you please..
Having said this, please read but only if your sure that you can handle it.

Dark Poetry
just some poems I wrote when I'm feeling low or in a dark place, my poems help me cope with my depression and other mental problems it also helps me from going all the way down in my dark times. these poems are dark, depressing and some have suicide in them, if you don't like poems like that I wouldn't recommend reading this. If you do like poems like that then please read on. Words of life
This book is for you, who wants to read about what life can be like, most of the times. This book has reminders, poetry, tips and tricks, quotes, texts about meaning with life, happy moment and even sad moments. A little bit of everything life can throw at you. I have no filter to this book. Which means it's raw and genuine, and that is the goal. (You don't necessarily have to read from start to finish) If you for an example have a bad day, I have a chapter for you about seeing it thru a different perspective than what people normally tell you. Or if you feel like you want to know what happiness is or feels like, I have different definition of that in different chapters for you my dear! (And many more chapters, about everything you could think of) And maybe you know all of this already, and it glads me to hear.
