Dimitri was a cold man, who only ever cared about one person in his entire life ,his mate. He adored her and would have done anything for her ,however he could not do the one thing she needed him to...take away her pain. She died 3 years ago of a sickly illness that with her being human ,consumed her until she became nothing but an empty shell in the shadows of the woman she once was.
