A metamorphic dragon with the unique talent of changing the color of her scales in a moments notice. They work together in the trial's and eventually meet a group of dragon slayers. Among them is Nicholas, who has been training as a slayer since he was a boy. He sees a new side to dragon's , one where they can work together. Romance, manipulation, and betrayal test them as they struggle to bring the worlds of dragon riders, and dragon slayers together.
