Genesis

Genesis had always been sick. Doctor appointments were regularly scheduled, and that made friends hard to keep. None of the other children understood that she couldn't do the things they could. Everything became harder when her father died in a air plane crash on his way he from a business trip. Their family funds quickly depleted, and her mother was suffering from sever depression. Little Genesis was at a complete loss for what to do. She had always wanted to help others; to make their day easier, or just brighter. But how could she? Everywhere she went people looked at her with sad, pitiful eyes. As her mother's condition grew worse, and worse Genesis was taken from her mother and put into special child care, or orphanage. Often she would wonder about her mother, but she was better off without her useless, sick daughter around anyway, right? She was waiting till she would become a strong adult before she faces her mother again. However instead of being rejected by all the couple's looking to adopt, she thought would happen. Genesis was quickly adopted, but will she ever grow accustomed to her new, small family?
