A desperate wish to be in a mutual relationship sends sixteen-year-old Ava to a magic practitioner, certain of the fact that the self-claimed witch can grant her with the love she desires. However, no request is fulfilled without a pact. In order to be given a man to love her, Ava must first send the witch a specified gift every Saturday of the whole month. Second, she must 'practice' her skills as a romantic partner with a resurrected boy for as long as the pact is still in progress. When Ava starts kindling a friendship with the dead boy, she discovers that things are not what they truly seem; against a screen of manipulation, dark secrets, and fluttery teenage feelings, Ava must wake up from her naivete and pursue another course in her life.
