One of the world's most wanted criminals and one of the best officers in LA are blackmailed to become partners at the LAAU agency and catch criminals.
Tyler Wilde, a highly skilled hacker, hates the authority and does everything in his power to mess with them and annoy them.
Evan Fong, a highly skilled officer, hates criminals and does everything in his power to stop them and bring them to justice.
Two opposites, partnered up to fight crime.
With two immature, and highly skilled, agents as their babysitters.
How will they all get along?
This story takes place in an alternative universe. Everything is pretty much the same, with the exception of some BBS members being world wide wanted criminals, others playing a role in the authority, and LA, San Francisco and Chicago are the most dangerous cities, with the highest crime rate, in the US.

Astren City, and all surrounding area, have the highest crime rate in the northern part of the country. Dozens of crime families constantly trying to take the throne, as well as corruption lurking around every corner, do not aid in that fact at all. Salem Heart's father, Jack Heart, happens to be the Astren City Chief of Police, a title which holds a lot of weight and a rank that claims even more power. He's well respected, and amazing at his job. That said, greatness is expected of Salem as well. Of course that isn't a problem, Salem will always be loyal to the law. He was raised by it, and upholding it is his future career aspiration. He thinks he has his life figured out. The fact that his ex-boyfriend comes from a notorious crime family, and has been arrested several times by Jack's own department, doesn't matter. Salem's passed that, he's over Atlas Marino and he always will be. He will ignore that scratch in his record, and cover it up with his success. Salem is offered a job to help with an investigation that could benefit his future career astronomically. He thinks it's a win-win situation, he gets the recognition he desires, and the streets will be that much safer. It's all black and white to him, easy to understand. He likes the order, and he craves the accomplishment of defeating bad with good. It's all black and white. Until he gets caught in the grey. Another successful mission the crew is running back to the van avoiding runing into any left over henchmen, the crew loads into the van and speeds off only to leave behind Wildcat. Nightfall trickled into the skys as Wildcat is left to walk back to the base, rain droplets fall onto his face he looks up to the sky as the rain begins to pour. Tears fall down his face masked by the rainwater. Foot steps approach wildcat from behind then comes to a abrupt stop.
