Fairy Tail: Light of Two Worlds

At a young age, Lucy's beloved mother was taken from her. She didn't understand why. The unexpected loss left a mark on Lucy for her life. Lucy wondered for most of her life why the death of her mother caused her father to turn on her too. As much as Lucy tried to put the pieces together she was always missing one key piece.

However, years after joining Fairytail and Natsu pulling her on unfathomable adventures the abstinence of her parents left Lucy, but after a recent turn of events, Lucy finds herself missing her mother more and more and wanting to uncover the truth.

One day at the guild, Lucy find Team Natsu in the Master's office, without her - and they're keeping a secret. Not even Natsu or Gray will tell her. Feeling slightly betrayed Lucy buries herself in other things until she starts hearing voices. Determined to put the puzzle pieces Lucy sets out playing a game of chess with her invisible opponent.

Lucy thinks nothing of the first attack, blaming it on her pink salamander friend, but as the stakes rise Lucy is forced to confide in her friends for help and reach out to some unlikely allies for details. Lucy will go to extremes to find out the truth, but will Lucy be able to handle the truth? And what of her invisible opponent; who are they and why do they smell like Lucy?
