Some people reckon being a shifter is great. I tend to think it sucks. But then, maybe I'm biased. Because I'm not your average shifter. I don't have just one animal link. I have thousands. And how normal people react to werewolves or vampires? Well, thats how werewolves and vampires react to ME. So let's just say attending a school for shifters isn't great. Keeping secrets just went to a whole new level.

I was supposed to be on a chill RV camping trip with my boyfriend's family. Key words: supposed to. I hated him, I hated them, and the only thing keeping me sane was sneaking off at night to take pictures of the forest. But one night... I wandered too far. Shifter Academy: Book One Of The Shifter Academy Series
'Book 1 in the Shifter series' My name is Celina Birch and until yesterday me, and my siblings; Sydney and Alexander but Alex for short, thought we were human. Turns out we our from a family of shifters but, we would not know thy due to our parents dying when we were young and being adopted. The animal you shift into does not run in blood like people think. Yes, some family's lean more towards one animal but there are occasions where a member will shift into a different animal. It all depends on your personality. There are 22 types of animals you can shift into. Some are common and some are rare. Now we have the birds: the Ravens, the Eagles, the Vultures, and the Falcons. Then we have the felines: the Panthers, the Tigers, the Cougars, the Snow Leopards, the Cheetahs, and the Lions. Then we have our canines: the wolves, the foxes, the coyotes, and the hyena's. Are common because there are the mythical ones too. The flying creatures: the Hippogriffs, the Dragons, the Pegasus's, the Phoenixes, the Thunderbirds. The water creatures: the Sirens, the Mermaids, the Kelpies. The shapeshifting academy is kind of like Hogwarts with the letters and using owls for sending mail. Yes, there is a castle for the academy and no, there isn't any witch or wizards those are supposedly extinct. Now I have to go were going to find out what animal we shift into at the ceremony soon. If only I knew then that there was actually 23 types of shifters ~~~~~~~~~~ I wrote this series when i was very young, so any mistakes or grammar issues, or long descriptions, I am sorry about, but I won't be fixing them anytime soon either.Complete

I woke to the sun warming the morning it was quiet and there were no signs of our kidnappers. "Mariah, we have to run just let me stretch." As soon as I hit the ground I see him, a very large silverish grey wolf standing there looking at me like I was his prey. "Look I just want to go home, I don't want to fight but I will if I have to." He lets out a fierce growl that sends dread though me, then pushes me in the direction he wants me to go. "You are pissing me off stop it." I am angry and scared but he isn't taking me back. "You got him Ray, it is only one of them. I will help you." I've trained for a long time, and I have trained hard. I know how to fight. "Miriah give me your strength. He is very large, and I am in my human form." "I am with you just make your moves fast and acuate. We are not going to get a second chance."Complete

A horse ranch. That's where I lived at least. I know, not very exciting to those of you who don't care for this life or think it's all about work. But let me tell you, you're actually quite wrong. It's a very exciting job and the best part is is that I get to work with one of my favorite animals every day. Horses. I know I wouldn't want to have any other life than this. One night though, everything changed. I had gotten lost somewhere in the woods in the middle of the mountains with my horse Storm. Usually I knew exactly where I was going and where I was but my horse had gotten spooked and raced far into the mountains. I tried slowing Storm down but he wouldn't. I became lost with no idea where to go and that's when he showed up. He claimed that I was his mate and I was to be his forever. Thinking he was crazy, I turned Storm around to start running but imagine my surprise when he raced ahead of me and changed into a wolf right in front of my eyes. Effectively kidnapping me and taking me with him to his home, or prison I might say. This is my story and what happened when I was taken by the Alpha.Complete

I was screaming even louder thinking I was going to die. But then I landed in somebody's arms. I reacted quickly and punched the guy in the face. He let go of his grip on me and I started running only to be grabbed by another person. I kicked the person in the shin and then stomped on his left foot making him lose his balance. Then I flipped him over my shoulder and onto the ground. I was about to start running again when I heard Madi's scream. "MADI!!" I yelled, I looked over to see some guy was lifting her off the ground by her waist. I ran towards him and jumped on his back. He let go of her and then she kicked him in the stomach. I jumped off and we started running but Madi got grabbed and before I could run toward her, the guy who grabbed her pulled out a gun and put it to her head. "NO!" I yelled as someone grabbed my arms and held them behind my back. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Alex and Madi end up getting kidnapped by the alpha and beta of one of the most powerful packs in America. The two are in for quite an adventure considering their terrible pasts. The two girls escape many things including; slutty girls, caffeinated drinks, new love and rival packs. The two also end up finding something about themselves that no one thought was possible.Complete

Shifters have come out of hiding. Not all of them are good and not all of them are bad. I was only 12 years old when the announcement came over the news. I had no clue what a shifter was but I knew I was just human. Until I met him....the only one who made me doubt everything I had been taught and made me realize what type of world we really live in.Complete

Im inside my car on the way home from work,it's already late night...i noticed something was approaching...I looked closer to the side mirror to have a better view I pulled to a stop...oh god! It was a humongous wolf! I was panicking,I quickly step in the gas...the wolf was so fast...it caught up on me but I quicky pulled over and made a turn leaving the wolf behind.... but there was something I felt...some other feeling His P.O.V I was on my way home I smelt this alluring smell...
