Devi Bhagavatam (Devi Puranam) The Srimad Devi Bhagavatam, also known as Devi Purana, was composed into 12 chapters, containing 18000 verses by the great Veda Vyasa. Though classified as an upapurana it is the only purana Vedavyasa called "Maha Purana" meaning the great purana. At the end of each chapter of the 18 main puranas or the upa puranas is the verse "This is the end of the fifth section of the Vishnu Purana", or "Thus ends the first chapter of Ganesha Purana Upasanakhanda called "The Description of Somakanta". Where as in the Devi Bhagavatam it is clearly - "Thus ends the eighth chapter of the first Skandha in the Mahapurâna Srimad Devî Bhâgavatam of 18,000 verses by Maharsi Vedavyâsa". This story has been running in my brain lately. About the great sons of Mahabharatha warriors getting cursed to live a painful life in the cruel time of Kaliyuga. This story mainly concentrares on the first borns of some of the renown Warriors of Mahabharatha namely Karn, Arjun and many more. It's a fun story with different point of views and if you find a story similar to this probably it's a coincidence. This story contains some crazy and unimaginable stuff and also purely fictional. Or would she also perish in this great blood thirsty battle along with her husband and sons? However Uruvi was not a well known as Karna Sangini. Mostly only one Karna's wife had been depicted. Some named her as Vrushali and some Padmavati. In the Ved Vyas Mahabharata the wife of Karna was only named as Karna-Sangini. Most would tell that the story of Uruvi was just a folklore and mentioned only in the scripts of South India. So kindly remember that fact before reading my book. How could she cope up with the pain and endless agony of loosing her children one after another?!! From her only son Vrishasen to Supriya Putra her dearest Vrishaketu and Uruvi Kanya her beloved Padmaja?!! She is daughter of Brahma Dev in two previous births. So She is Brahma Dev Manas Putri too like Devi Supriya and Devi Ganga. She is known as Brahma Putri Vrushali in her previous birth as the wife of estranged Gandarv Prince Biswa Bhanu (previous life of Karna). However her love story was not so easy as the boy was in love with someone else. Whether she can be able to get hold of his heart? Can she be able to make him understand her feelings who had never looked at her direction with love? What will be in the fdestiny of their union? Yatharth Geeta is a Geeta in its True Perspective. This book has been recognized as the "Vishwa Gaurav - Universal Pride" by the World Religious Parliament on 01-04-1997. The Author, Swami Adgadanandji is a saint who is bereft of worldly education, yet is internally organised by the grace of accomplished Guru, which become possible after a long practice of meditation.
