This is a world like no other. 50 years ago the humans were made aware of the vampires that lived amongst them and battle lines were drawn. Now there are two sides, with two leaders. William Zaveri, one of the oldest vampires in existence also known as the vampire king. He is hell-bent on keeping the peace between the humans and his own kind. Stopping the rebellion and its leader. Carlos Churn.
However William has a special prize of his own, a daughter Harlyn. Vampires and humans don't have children as they die in the womb and often take the mother with them. Human bodies just cant take it. However some make it through, in Harlyn's case it was cause her mother was a witch. She was powerful enough to use her magic to ensure the baby not only survived the pregnancy but also the childbirth, sadly she wasn't strong enough to save herself. Now it brings us to today, Harlyn is 17 and about to face the worst battle of her life and its no so supernatural.
She has to chose, the vampire she loves but shouldnt or the one she wants to love but cant?
