The mayors wife is Hayden's birth mother, that got in the way of Hayden and Leroy from ever having a relationship. On top of that, Hayden and Leroy did something during the summer that impacted their non-existent relationship ever since.
Since freshman years Hayden had been attracted to Leroy. Both unaware of the star-crossed situation they're in. Can it change?
