After the events of Corpse Party: Blood Covered, Sachiko has finally been put to rest, and the evil ritual that dawned so many victims had finally been removed from the internet.
But what was thought to finally be destroyed, has returned. A new version of the Sachiko Ever After ritual has appeared online under the name the website named simply as "Nirvana"; claiming thousands of new victims.
After a group of high school students proceed to attempt the ritual they awaken the tragic curse once again, setting Sachiko free and reopening the nexus, sending the students to the haunted Heavenly Host Elementary School.
How many will die before Sachiko is put to rest once again?
