It's no surprise that Nasha Sparks was different from everyone else. She grew up being told she was unique and special, but that all changed the day she turned 16. She woke up to find that everyone she loved had abandoned her, leaving her lonely and unable to love. A mysterious man appeared at her door and offered to take her in. Having nowhere else to go, she accepted and was taken to a large house in the middle of the woods. The second she got there she knew that everyone there was some how different, yet it felt so normal to be with them. Everyday after her birthday, some new ability formed. Voices in her head told her that this was what was supposed to happen. The voices refused to tell her what was happening until her 18th birthday. When that day finally arrived, everything changed. Nasha found herself at the top of a world where supernaturals existed, but no one knew what she was. Will Nasha be able to handle this new reality, or will she run from the truth? There's only one thing she knows for sure; everything that she thought was true, is a lie.
