Humming Bird

I don’t remember much of my early childhood, they took that from me, but the first rule I was ever taught was ‘don’t get caught’. I learnt other rules as I grew up but this was the only one that mattered. This is the only rule I never broke. Until now. Now I’m about to get myself the perfect score and break the rule that made me who I am today.

I’m about to get caught.

Amy and James are different. They grew up together on different sides of a fence. Firm friends, wanting to be something more, but not being able to.

Both have secrets, that make them unique and that make them the same.

Neither knew why or how they became different to the rest of the human race until they started trying to discover their secret without alerting their parents.

Their secret could destroy them both and take everyone they care about with them.

As they race against the clock, it becomes clear that they must discover their secret before it falls into the wrong hands. Either way, life as they knew it will never be the same.
