My name is Hallie. I'm 16 and my family really wants me to have a sibling. The only problem is after getting into a car accident my mother can no longer have children.
My family decided it was best to adopt. But we are all absolutely shocked when our newborn son and brother turns out to be a boy my age. And this boy has quite a few issues.
