Kendra has never been "sane". Sanity is a gift that many cannot afford. In Kendra's world, "sane" is the insanity. The abuse inflicted upon she and her brother, courtesy of her father, was enough. Will she keep it together when she finds out that there was more to her mother's death after her father is gone, buried under the ground in a coffin? When a boy grows affections for her?
