Dark Fangs: Forbidden Fugitives
The Indoraptor and Indominus Rex survived their deaths, and now they both have new targets. Drake and Jae are two teenagers who were lucky enough--or unlucky enough--to observe the confidential handling of two deadly hybrid dinosaurs. Both teens feel sympathy towards the beasts and their cruel treatment, but no one will consider their protesting against the animals' abuse. The teens understand the creatures are more dangerous than they could ever imagine, but they mistakenly bond with the lethal hybrids, and create an accidental game between the dinosaurs that make them wish they'd never laid eyes on them in the first place. (Spoiler Warning for Jurassic World and Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom) TRIGGER WARNING: This book contains heavy violence, blood, and gore. It is rated 'mature' for that sole reason. Remnants of Prehistory - A Tribute to Durango: Wild Lands
The story follows - through survival logs written by them - the (mis)adventure of a group of friends who ended up having to survive in a harsh world filled with prehistoric animals, trying to regroup with each other and find the way home. Or at least, discover the truth about their fate. Disclaimer: some of the characters, story elements, and all 'Durango Notes' are not mine, they were created by What! Studio, and/or Nexon, Korea, under a 2018 (or so) mobile game - now defunct, unfortunately - called Durango: Wild Lands. I really just started writing this in my free time as I've been inspired by the game's storyline and worldbuilding, then after a hiatus I came back to write and indulge in its lore archives, because I miss it. Could say it was the best MMORPG I've ever got to play, not just the best free, or best mobile, but best overall, it's really sad that it ended... Hope if the devs ever find my "work", they'll see it as a free ad for... Project DX/Durango World/Durango Reborn/whatever they decide to name the successor - while I did borrow some of their story for my own writing, I do not intend to ever attain a single penny of profit from this, and I acknowledge that doing so could be considered "theft". To the devs: if what I'm doing here is still not fine, please let me know if possible in the comments, and I will take it down myself. Thank you for your awesome game regardless, have a lot of fond memories from it. Disclaimer 2: however immature my own characters behave at/from the start, the mature tag is on there for a reason (if it is - Wattpad is glitching out for me). Inspiration taken both from Michael Crichton's Jurassic Park, and Durango's - sometimes kind of grotesque, gallows humor kind of - lore snippets... Just so you know what to expect. Violence, gore, and foul language are kind of inevitable when you throw a bunch of people among the raptors.
The Indominus Rex and A Girl ✔️
[Edited] ------ Isabella Evans is a 19-year-old girl who loves animals, especially reptiles. She always had a certain skill with such animals, small as a lizard or big as an alligator. Because of her skills, she is called by Masrani Global to work in Jurassic World, a park full of dinosaurs on Isla Nublar. What she doesn't know is that she is going to work with the park's new hybrid. What will happen when she meets the new dinosaur? ------------ This is a Male! Indominus X Female! Reader story. The story will also take time before the movie and during the movie, with some changes. None of the pictures are mine. If any of the pictures I use is yours and you want me to take them down, please send me a message, and I will take if off gladly.
