Reagan Shadows is an undercover agent from the Cobalt Empire. It's a secret agency that deals with heinous affairs all over the world, various branches of the company located world wide. 

Recently, there are cases popping out about the Devil's Breath. Its a type of drug with feedbacks it could 'zombify' its victims. The CE plans to further investigate the up bringing of this drug and eradicate the mastermind behind this. 

The annual Masquerade of the BAD Committee is coming up. Every wicked minded people gather there from all over the world to discuss their ideas to rule and bring evil. This year, the Howlers are the host. They are also a famous wine and liquor company that produces the best you could ever get. 

Investigation are saying that the Howlers will add a 'spark' to their wines and liquors this year to serve the best and only the best  wines and liquor. The CE doesn't believe that isn't just the case.

The real question, is it just a new added flavoring or something else?

The only small, minute, really unimportant detail - it's pretty hard to get into a government classified site when you're 15 years old and have a rag-tag team of double-crossing back-stabbers behind you. Armed with sarcasm, wit, and a hell of a lot of aggressive intentions, it won't be too long till a sticky situation is all that's ahead of you.
