Shadows

Running has been a constant in my life, if not from my past, from my future. I don't think I can actually remember a time when I didn't run. When I was younger, I ran from those that ridiculed me about how I was odd, talking to air is not something most middle school students do. As I grew up, I learned that to fit in, I could never speak back to what I saw around other people. A year ago, I met the man I would later regret making the acquaintance of. My name is Samantha Mitchell, and this is my story.
