With the weight of memories of her dark past recently having been resurfaced, Bexley Morgan begins to shoulder the weight of her best friend, Cassia Fletcher, and her prematurely-born daughter after they are in a terrible car accident. News of their wavering conditions, life in a rough neighborhood, the promotion she recived at work, and the strange things that begin to happen all around her, pile up. Just as her life comes crashing completly down around her, a man by the name of Rick comes into town, claiming to be a friend to her deseased parents. Although she hasn't met any of her family and doesn't remember her parents, she chooses to befriend Rick out of curisoity about herself and her family. Horrible event after horrible event, Bexley finally gives up, but when she does something within her changes. Something that will throw her into a world she could have never dreamed of.
