Wooshin adalah seorang polisi muda dengan jiwa rasa ingin tahu yang tinggi. Pengalaman serta kedudukannya yang rendah membuatnya dipandang sebelah mata oleh anggota kepolisian yang lain. Namun hal itu tidak menyurutkan usahanya untuk turun dan mencoba memecahkan (hanya) kasus yang menarik baginya, meskipun banyak halangan. Dengan insting dan kemampuan analisis dasarnya, ia mempertaruhkan pekerjaannya. Bukan untuk korban yang membutuhkan bantuan, tetapi semata-mata untuk memuaskan jiwanya dengan kasus menegangkan dan mendebarkan.
