Episode 5: The remaining group fight hard for safety, as two close members try to keep hoping for the best. They learn the hard way that hope doesn't always work.

It is really cringey, confusing and makes no sense but I started writing it a long time ago and never really had a plan for where it would go. Sorry for anyone who enjoyed it, although I doubt there is anyone, but I was lacking ideas for it and just wanted to finish it quickly. Thank you to everyone who has read it!

Excerpt: Meanwhile, In Canterlot, Twilight, Cadence, Flurry Heart and Celestia stood on the four corners of a complicated circular design illustrated on the floor of the throne room. Each was sweating, the magical auras around their horns beaming brightly. In the center of the magic circle, the auras wove into a rainbow beam. Through the open skylight in the room, the beam shot out, facing the moon directly. Luna was standing on the side, looking up at the moon in hope. A rainbow sphere at the tip of the beam was coming closer and closer. It was slowly lowered into the throne room until the entire floor was just a ball of light. At once, the auras disappeared and the four alicorns stepped back. The light gradually died down to reveal a purple figure with large dark horns, curled up on the floor, clutching a silver hourglass. The picture of Rachel on the cover belongs to GihhBloonde on DeviantArt. I don't own any illustrations I use in this story. Many ideas I use are actually theories by youtuber Sawtooth Waves. Edit: Oh my god, I finished! I worked so hard to create characters and a plot that seemed real and as a 12-year-old first-time author I think I did such a good job. A few years after the events of 'The Ending of the End', Twilight Sparkle, now crowned the new ruler of Equestria, faces a rather simple, but boring, lifestyle as a queen. Even when she was the princess of friendship, she has sort of missed all the good times she had with her old friends. Yet, despite this, some questions still linger on: Who is she? What will Equestria be like as a result of her actions? What will become of everyone else? It's there Twilight and Spike traverse to the future and finds that her teachings on friendship and harmony have been replaced with paranoia and mistrust, as the three pony kinds - Earth ponies, pegasi and unicorns - live separated from one another. It will now be up to Twilight, along with the help of some new friends, to try and solve this problem and bring ponies back together again. Note: The following is a fanfic loosely based off of MLP G5 (specifically MLP: A New Generation), but with Twilight Sparkle (because there was a severe lack of her appearance (not counting the hologram scene)). May contain spoilers if you haven't seen it, though were way past 2023 at this rate so who cares. Also inspired loosely by @Giannamatos13, AKA Gigi Peoples's G5 Sunset Shimmer Adventure fanfics. The princesses explain that the mirror from which Sunset Shimmer escaped is a gateway to an alternate world and task Twilight with going into this other world to retrieve her crown. Little does she know, she will encounter her friends once again. What adventures await Twilight in this alternate world?
