Charlotte Wahlberg has always been know as Donnie's cute little sister. The one you can look at but don't even think about touching. At least that's what Donnie has always told the rest of the guys in the band. But Charlotte's home from college for the summer just as the New Kids on the Block take a break from their biggest tour yet.
