Kailene Woods was one of those people that you do not want to mess up with. She's an incredibly fast, well-trained warrior she-wolf, who was sent off to the werewolf camp for 3 years to learn various martial arts in order to become the worthy Beta of the Shadow Knight pack.
If there's anybody in the whole wide world that she hates so much, then it'd be Draven Knight, the soon-to-be Alpha of her pack. They were born enemies and Draven was the only person that had enough courage to put up a fight with her.
Now, Kailene's back from her training and she's ready to become the Beta. But what follows suit was unexpected. Kailene found herself mated with the devil she dreaded most itself, Draven.

Excerpt only: I quickly run in their direction as my claws elongate into fierce points. I watch as a man in all black strikes down and kills one of the innocent packless men before turning to another.
