The guardians of the kingdom who have protected Alzahra for many years gather in the heart of the palace along with the royalties. They circle the gigantic basin filled with the pure water of the holy lake. Then, the passageway of light at the pinnacle of the palace opens and the first ray of sunlight touches the water and it glows with the radiance of the sun. The guardians step aside and the high priest takes over. He touches the water in the basin and slowly closes his eyes. Suddenly, as if possessed by someone of the heavens, he glows. His lips starts to mutter something.

“......People of Alzahra, you have been blessed for a millennium and have prospered into a rich kingdom. But what is to come will come and you......... will fall.” His voice was full of splendor but instead of admiring his presence, what he said brought overwhelming fear to the nobles.

“Oh, dweller of the heavens, w-we have sinned, but what are we to do t-to stop this from befalling our land?” the queen of Alzahra asks with a sorrowful voice.

“There is nothing that you can do to stop it. Yes, nothing, because it will surely happen------but, there is someone who can ascend you back to the throne. She is someone who has the blood of a noble and the crest of the greatest warrior is blotted in her heart.”

“P-Pardon me, highness, but there are thousands of nobles in this land and kins of mighty warriors. Is there any other trademark o-or a hint that represents her?” the queen asked desperately.

“........ All I could tell you is that, she carries a pair of emeralds that could see through your soul, surrounded with red threads.”
