"Well, the idiot caused a lot of problems during the war, and now he has to pay for them." - - Hungary mourns the loss of Prussia, who she couldn't accept to be gone. Meanwhile, she begins to catch a mysterious stranger's attention. But is this "stranger" really a stranger? - - Japan is still injured from D-Day, and won't stop coughing up blood. What's going on? Greece wants to find out. - - England was devastated by the war, having experienced extensive bombing during the 1940. (AN: This is my First Fanfic, so sorry if it isn't the best out there, or if it has some Cliché and plot holes, I'll do my best to spot them and rewrite chapters to improve the Story. This Story will have a more experienced Issei, who is not just a crazy powerhouse for the sake of it but is Stronger off the rip than Cannon due to his Past.
