Sane is a seventeen year old girl. Like every other cliché rebel teenager, she hates highschool. She has no friends, is ignored by everyone (unless she is being attacked by vulgar and cruel preps), and is daughter to two parents who fight constantly. But there's something strange about her. Something dark. Something.......crazy.
Sane's head is filled with voices. Angry voices, sad voices, voices that tell her that she should die. She's dealt with it for years, but recently, they've gotten worse. When her mother leaves, and her dad slips into depression, Sane is left with no one to talk to, except the voices.
But then, she meets Cylum, a German exchange student with purple hair. He's different from everyone else, but also the same. Will he be able to save her, or will she slip into insanity?

There she met seven other kids with situations similar to her own. Will Lily get better and go live with her family again or will she remain in a sense of denial enough that her sanity is in jeopardy? Will N be freed from X-insanity, or will N be trapped in his own mind while X-insanity takes over his body forever.
