Alone With Her

The darkness always coats the room when I'm with her, she never leaves. She has been with me for as long as I know and here is our place. We never venture further, the world outside is darker she tells me.
She once told me, "Dangerous people hidden within every path that you don't want to cross own the world out there. "Never leave me, if you do .. You will be lost forever and I won't be able to help you."
