In a world where the government chooses your life for you, no two people have the same path. The government chooses who you love, what your career will be, and worst of all . . . how and when you die. Every person usually lives a decently long and relatively happy life. However there is always an "outlier". The "outlier" usually has the worst love, the worst career, and dies really young and in a very bad way. Who will be this generation's "outlier"?

Looking down at the stark white envelope Harry felt like he was going to be sick. He just couldn't believe they would send yet another letter to his relative's house about his classification. Quickly, before his relatives start asking what's taking so long to get the post, he stuffs the letter in his oversized pants to be dealt with later. Harry Potter was hoping with all his might that he would be a Dom. A new genetic mutation has formed in humans that causes mental and physical regression to begin at the age of 18. All children are tested at 17 to determine if they carry the mutation. Jake is sure that he won't have it since it isn't all that common. It shouldn't happen to him. It won't happen to him. Until it does. Jake's life is turned upside down as everything he's ever known is now challenged and changed. Limits he never used to have are now set in place for him to follow. And to make matters worse, he is sent to live with two men who will become his caregivers as he regresses into an infant.

The year is 4002. After the Great War between Humans and the Giant Aliens in the year 3022, humans were almost extinct. As punishment for the Humans actions, the Aliens turned them into babies. The Aliens told the Humans, "If you act like children we'll treat you as one." Humans are kept in facilities till the age of eighteen. From there they're taken to a hospital where they receive a regression shot essentially making them toddlers.
