Rocko and his mischievous house-mate Ricco were normal cats until their owners strode off on vacation and left them in a cruel cat hotel. After being tortured and ignored by the other cats, the two manage to escape and decide to find their owners, wherever they are. Along the way, they run into Rita, a quirky stray cat who carries two surprising secrets.
