All things to describe one person. Funny thing though, no one knows who that one person is. But what a few have learned is that they aren't just ruthless, they are completely psychotic. Sending coded notes to lead to false trails, taking hostages just to get pointless information, and never getting their hands dirty by forcing the innocent to take fault.

It's not all laughs and giggles to the twenty law evaders that get forced into following every insane clue that may lead to the discovery of "D". Fighting to stay alive after one by one they each are "disqualified", what ever horrors that would mean.
