He grabbed a dagger and looked at me. I thought for a moment and said one word," forearm" 

I pulled up my sleeve and felt the dagger dig through my skin, it was painful, but a sign of bravery. I felt the blood drip down my arm. I closed my eyes scared to look at my arm, I felt a cool liquid being poured on my arm. He tapped on my arm to tell me to look. I turned my head shocked at what I saw.

My arm was fine, all that was left was a star shaped scar that stood for one thing, liberty.All Rights Reserved

Reaching my hand into the drawer, I felt around until my hand came into contact with the metal hilt. My fingers curled around the handle instinctively. I gripped the handle so hard it hurt. A demonic voice said. I looked up and saw that the black smog had two red eyes and a wide, sick smile that was dripping with venom. "I- who are you?" I asked, backing up. "The one who can help you out of here." It said, stretching out a hand. I looked it up and down and before I could answer, its hand plunged into my heart, causing me to scream out in pain.
